Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Domestic Delivery
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Shipping usually takes 2-3 days with orders shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. Prices below:

- Free shipping on all orders over £75
International Shipping
All orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Signed-For service. International orders please allow 7-10 working days before contacting us.
- European - Standard - £15.00
- European - Large - £20.00
- Rest of World - Standard - £25.00
- Rest of World - Large - £30.00
We will send you a dispatch confirmation when orders are fulfilled and dispatched. If you have not received your order, please contact us with your order details.
Returns and Refunds
Products can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
